A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Your balance is due 60 days before your trip.
In the unlikely event of you needing to cancel or reschedule your trip, we will assist you with a refund or date change (subject to a small administration fee, and in accordance with the T&C’s of the properties that you’ve booked).

We accept payments via TurnStay & WISE – our secure online payment gateways:
- EFT
Pay via EFT in the following currencies: USD / Euro / GBP / ZAR - credit / debit cards
Pay with your credit/debit card (subject to a 2% bank fee; USA bank cards 3%) - bank transfer
Pay via direct bank wire (please select all bank charges for your account) - paypal
Pay via PayPal (subject to a 4% service fee) - bitcoin
We accept payments in Bitcoin (simply use the USD exchange rate of the day. No fees)
cancellation
In the unlikely event of you needing to cancel or reschedule your trip, we will assist you with a refund or date change (subject to a small administration fee, and in accordance with the T&C’s of the properties that you’ve booked).
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be determined according to the cancellation policy of each individual establishment. (Please ask us about your hotel / villa’s cancellation policy, if you’re unsure.)
We advise you to take out travel insurance that will cover you in the unlikely event of you having to cancel your holiday.

Exclusive Safaris acts in the capacity of tour operator for clients in making their safari arrangements. All bookings, cancellations, coupons, receipts and tickets issued by Exclusive Safaris are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers.
Exclusive Safaris shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage to property, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control.
